At Gurti Farms, we take pride in delivering high-quality organic products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • Due to the nature of food products, we accept returns only for damaged, expired, or incorrect items.
  • To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days.

3. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, spoiled, or wrongly delivered.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

4. Non-returnable Items

  • Opened food products
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
