At Gurti Farms, we aim to deliver your organic products safely and on time. Please read our shipping guidelines below.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
Standard delivery within India usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may take a little longer.
You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders above ₹[Add Amount].
A flat shipping fee of ₹[Add Amount] applies on orders below the free shipping threshold.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
A confirmation email/SMS
A tracking number to monitor your shipment status
5. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make 1–2 attempts to deliver your package.
If unreachable or undeliverable, the product may be returned to us.
6. Damaged / Missing Products
If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items:
Inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery
Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
We will assist you with replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:

Customer unavailability
Issues related to courier partners beyond our control
