At Gurti Farms, we aim to deliver your organic products safely and on time. Please read our shipping guidelines below.

1. Order Processing Time


  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery


  • Standard delivery within India usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may take a little longer.

  • You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Charges


  • Free shipping on orders above ₹[Add Amount].

  • A flat shipping fee of ₹[Add Amount] applies on orders below the free shipping threshold.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:


  • A confirmation email/SMS

  • A tracking number to monitor your shipment status

5. Delivery Attempts


  • Our delivery partners will make 1–2 attempts to deliver your package.

  • If unreachable or undeliverable, the product may be returned to us.

6. Damaged / Missing Products

If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items:


  • Inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

We will assist you with replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

7. International Shipping


  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:


  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Customer unavailability

  • Issues related to courier partners beyond our control
